You can place an order with SimplyNAS in any of the following ways:
The SimplyNAS website uses an automated shopping cart system to facilitate your on-line shopping with us. For your privacy protection, you will notice that we DO NOT require cookies to be turned on for our cart to work. Click the 'buy now!' button to add an item to your shopping cart.
You can see the total number of items and subtotal of your order in your shopping cart at all times under the Your Cart heading on the right side of the page. You can also view your cart at any time by clicking on the 'View Cart' link at the top right of the page. You can easily modify your order to delete any item or change quantities of any item at any time. You are not obligated to buy anything in your shopping cart unless and until you decide to finalize your purchase and continue with the Checkout process.
When you are finished and have all the items you need, click on the 'Check Out Now' button to begin the check-out procedure. The shopping cart also shows you the various shipping charges for the different levels of delivery service available after you have input your shipping information.
The next step is to provide your Customer Information on our secure server, including your address information and your credit card information. During this stage, all your information transmitted to us is securely encrypted.
Once complete, you click on 'Submit' and you will be presented with a detailed summary of your order, but without any credit card information. We do not store credit card information on our website.
Your order or your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. SimplyNAS reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order. SimplyNAS reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to supply less than the quantity you ordered if we deem the quantities ordered are excessive. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit department. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
We believe that our pricing is very attractive relative to our competition. The combination of our product assortment, product availability and service level offers what we believe is a fulfilling shopping experience.
All prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-the-minute information. Despite our best efforts, some items on our web site may be mispriced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, SimplyNAS shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of the price error and order cancellation. You will, of course, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price, if you so wish. While we make every attempt to verify prices before charging your credit card, SimplyNAS shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed on mispriced product whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, SimplyNAS shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
The availability of information presented on our site is the best, most current information we have, but errors do occur, and this information does not constitute a guarantee or promise of availability. If a product you have ordered is not available for shipment, we will do our best to let you know. Anticipated delivery dates are dependent upon our suppliers and other factors beyond our control, and are subject to change.
If you would like to modify an existing order, we ask that you do so by calling us at 1-407-960-4690. If we receive your phone request prior to the order being shipped or picked for shipment, we would be happy to modify the order as requested. Order modifications sent by email to us may not be received or acted upon in time to modify your order.
Orders for in-stock items and diskless units received by 3PM Eastern Time that are credit-approved usually ship that business day, depending on that day's level of shipping activity and the schedule of the courier when picking up items from our warehouse. Orders placed and/or credit approved later than the applicable cut-off time will ship the next business day.
Orders for items that are out-of-stock, or have out of stock status as a result of the day's sales activity, acceptance of the order is automated and all endeavors are made to fulfill your order in a timely manner, unless you notify us to cancel the order. We encourage you to check your order's status on the Order Status page for an estimated ship date.
Orders placed and credit approved anytime Saturday or Sunday or holidays for items in stock will ship on the next business day. Please note that our warehouses do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or major holidays. Product availability, geographic location and other factors determine the warehouse location that your product ships from. This information does not constitute a guarantee.
Orders that require testing will ship the day the unit finishes the testing process. All units that have drives or memory that are pre-installed by us undergo this testing unless the customer specifies that we fore go our testing procedure in writing at order placement stage. It is valuable to note that we do not recommend this as we burn test the machines to eliminate faulty units being shipped to our customers. This limits our returns for faulty machines and enables us to give the level of customer service we are known for.
If you must cancel an order for any reason, please call us at (1-407-960-4690), or email us at sales@simplynas.com. If your order has not shipped yet, we can usually cancel the order for you. To confirm your order cancellation, please check the SimplyNAS Order Status page-your status will show as "Canceled" when it is next updated.
